Upgrade your tickets to memberships
Visited a Candide partner garden recently? Easily upgrade your day tickets to memberships, to visit the garden all year long.
What you’ll need
Your membership code from the garden
You can find it on the leaflet given to you, or the email sent to you after your visit.
With space to download the free Candide app.
How to upgrade
Open the app, and tap 'Tickets'.
Enter your membership code, or tap ‘get tickets’, and enter your code.
You'll see the pass that you paid for when the code was given to you. Enter your details, and create a Candide account - or log in if you have one already.
Review and confirm your details.
You're all set! Your ticket lives in your ticket wallet in the Candide app. Tap 'Tickets' to find it.

Memberships in the Candide app
Using the Candide app for your membership means you always have it handy and can enter the garden by scanning your phone.
How ticket upgrades work
The upgrade code that you received by email or at the garden records how many tickets you paid for. You can upgrade all or some of those tickets to memberships.
