At Decorex in Cape Town, two cat owners approached me looking for information on which indoor plants are safe for their cats. There is a minefield of often conflicting information on the internet…
I have condensed the information I found into two lists – those NOT safe for cats and further on, those safe for cats.
I hope this is helpful…please use it as a guideline only and do further research for yourself. And always keep a pot of ‘cat grass’ and a pot of catnip (when in season) available for your cat! Plant material is an essential source of probiotics for cats.
