African Daisy Overview

Known commonly as an African daisy, the cultivar 'Giles Gilbey' is from the Asteraceae (Asteraceae) family, native to Africa and parts of the Arabian peninsula. This evergreen plant has aromatic, simple foliage and showy daisy-like, pink flowers with interesting, spoon-shaped petals and dark centres. This plant is a perennial species but may be grown effectively as an annual to add temporary bright colour to a garden.
