Magnolia grandiflora is a large evergreen shrub or tree species from the Magnoliaceae family, commonly known by many names including Bull Bay, Southern Magnolia and Great Laurel-Leaved Magnolia. Originating from Southeastern USA, this plant produces glossy green leaves and cup-shaped, creamy-white, scented flowers up to 25cm in diameter. It has a rounded, bushy habit.
