This cultivar is a deciduous tree species with a broad-crowned growth habit, it can grow to over 8 m wide and over 12 m high. It produces 5-lobed leaves which resemble those of maple trees, displaying lovely autumn colours of orange, red and yellow. Flowers are non-showy and coloured yellow.
