Smooth Serviceberry 'Snowflakes' Overview
This upright shrub/tree can grow up to 8m high. It has oblong, hairless leaves which are coppery pink when they emerge turnng mid-green in summer, then yellow flushed with red in autumn. In spring it produces hanging, nodding clusters of large, fragrant, starry-white flowers which can be followed by edible, sweet, blue-black fruits, up to 1.5cm long in summer.
