Orange Jessamine Overview
Murraya exotica is a tropical to subtropical, evergreen tree or shrub in the Rutaceae family. Grown for its foliage, scented flowers and ornamental fruits, this interesting species is found naturally from southern China to Hainan, Taiwan and it has been introduced to areas of the Americas. Dark green, glossy leaves make it an attractive addition to plantings, even when not in flower. It produces large heads of sweetly scented white flowers. It is a low maintenance plant that requires regular watering, place in full sun or light shade and it may also be grown in pots or used as hedging or screening.
