Wild Rosemary Overview
Cape Chamomile is a small, bushy shrub which grows up to 1 m high. The The flowers are white and the leaves are highly aromatic. Uses: Medicinal. Culinary. Cosmetics. Perfumes.Browsed by livestock and, in combination with other aromatic Karoo shrubs, contributes to the distinctive taste in the meat of the so-called Karoo lamb. Used by the Southern Sotho to fumigate the hut of a person suffering from a cold or diarrhoea, and during illness or after death.
