This striking oriental poppy has exquisite white flowers with a black centres that stand tall above clumps of hairy leaves. Originally from north eastern Turkey & northern Iran, the foliage dies back in mid summer to survive summer droughts but this means they leave space for later flowering plants to grow through your flower border.
