Brassica juncea var. japonica is now recognised as a synonym or Brassica juncea. Quick growing serrated leaves that can be harvested continuously as needed. Strong tasting leaves are often used to add interest to salads and sandwiches. The usual green form is also available in a pretty reddish variant - use them both!
