Italian maple Overview
This deciduous tree has a rounded habit with broad ovate to obovate 5-lobed dark green leaves which are up to 15cm long and which will turn yellow in the autumn. The flowers are produced in clusters of yellow blooms before the leaves emerge. The bark peels in square patches in grey and pink.
