China tree Overview
A small genus containing 3 species of deciduous trees in the Sapindaceae (soapberry) family native to Southern and Eastern Asia. They are slender trees grown for their attractive pinnate leaves and branched panicles of tiny yellow flowers followed by papery seed capsules. Commonly known as pride of India, they have good Autumn foliage colours and prefer a position in full sun on well-drained soil.
