Bignonia calystegioides Overview
This vigorous climber belongs to the Bignoniaceae family, and was formerly classified under the genus Clytostoma. The leaves are composed of two leaflets and a tendril, arranged in opposite pairs. This species, however, is grown for its foxglove-like flowers which are often lilac-veined with often pale-yellow tubes. In warmer climates, this plant is well suited for growth as ground cover or along a pergola.
