Wax Plant Overview

Hoya gracilis is commonly known as Wax Plant or Wax Flower. This species originates from the Philippines, it produces thick, waxy foliage and attractive pink-red blooms. Foliage is lance-shaped, dark green in colour and can develop red-purple flushing if grown under strong light. Wax Plants may be trained on small trellises or pruned to keep it small and neat. The flowers give off a strong, fragrant, sweet scent.
