Elephant bush Overview

Portulacaria is a genus with 2 species of evergreen or semi-evergreen shrubs with succulent, rounded foliage. Originating from Southern Africa, they produce small, white or pink, cup-shaped blooms borne on fleshy stems and branches. As well as being popular as houseplants, they can also be grown as bonsai.
