Meadow Sweet Overview
This perennial herb grows in damp meadows and can be planted by pondside or boggy areas. It has beautiful sprays of cream-white flowers that attract bees and give off an almond fragrance. The foliage starts of as a golden green and fades to an old gold in the summer. The seeds from this plant provide food for birds, and the whole plant itself is edible.
