Wellness Wednesdays concentrate on physical, mental and social wellbeing in amongst the beautiful surroundings of Fell Foot. Keeping active together in a supportive group with the aim of improving our fitness, flexibility & confidence is at the heart of this class. We’ll be constantly evolving exercises based around very adaptable workout stations to create your own bespoke circuit for your whole body.
