Propagating carnations is easy

Published on June 5th 2018
We will be adding a new 'How to' in our knowledge base very soon, but as they say in show business - here are some I prepared earlier! I took these cuttings from a bouquet of flowers that I was given in early May.
A sneak peek of what to do: Take the side shoots from the main stems, trim off the bottom leaves and use a 50/50 mix of peat (or peat substitute) and perlite mix. Insert cuttings around the edge of a shallow pot and place in a warm greenhouse.
Watch out for our new 'How to' this week!
