About Candide Admissions
Candide is rapidly becoming the partner of choice for visitable gardens to digitise more of their admission ticketing and membership processes. Following the creation of the UK’s largest digital-only garden membership, in 2020 we launched new solutions to enable the public to visit gardens contactlessly, including digital ticketing and check-in functionality. With more and more gardens joining the Candide family, we now have a dedicated team focussed on digital admissions for gardens and their events, and cross-platform garden membership solutions.
You will be joining and leading an autonomous cross-functional team made up of engineering, product design, data science, and account management and support roles, who share a passion for delivering value to our partners and end-users. In this role you will digitise more of the ticketing and membership products and services within garden venues: looking at how gardens offer events and workshops to drive visitation, and how they and their visitors can benefit from digital garden memberships. In doing so you will be thinking about our web and app platforms - for venues and their visitors - and how we deliver the right experience in the right way. Alongside this, you will consider new ways to leverage the increasing amounts of data we collect: to benefit our end-users and improve the way we develop products. Ultimately you will be motivated by enabling our garden partners to become more efficient through the use of technology, and passionate about the way Candide can help to sustain garden businesses for the future.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who has experience delivering web and app products to market, ideally in an eCommerce business. We are looking for someone who can inspire and motivate as part of a diverse team. Ideally, you will have experience working in a 3-sided marketplace - serving both business clients and end-users - or will have previously worked with B2B and B2C products. You will be able to share examples of how you’ve taken a new product to market, and iterated on an existing one, and how you used data, research, and experimentation in your approach. We’d love to hear about how you’ve balanced longer-term prioritisation in your teams alongside grooming your backlog and keeping in-play work moving forward.. You will be excited about talking to our friendly and knowledgeable customers to discover ways that we can add value to them and their visitors, and keen to share insights and best practices with your teammates and colleagues across Candide.

Candide has a friendly, plant-filled Bristol office, which the team is looking forward to returning to when it is safe to do so. We are happy to accept candidates who are living elsewhere, provided that they are able to move to the Bristol area when the office reopens.
