Cornus controversa 'Variegata' is a deciduous tree cultivar from the Cornaceae family. It produces attractive variegated foliage and creamy flowers in clusters. Commonly known by the names Variegated Table Dogwood and Wedding Cake Tree. Leaves are oval, with wide creamy margins, turning yellow in the autumn before falling. Flowers are small and cream in colour, produced in flat clusters and leading onto black berry fruits.
