Blue Atlas Cedar 'Glauca' Overview
Cedrus atlantica 'Glauca' is an evergreen conifer in the Pinaceae family. It develops into a large, spreading tree with short needle-like leaves which are are silvery-white when young, maturing to a blue-green colour. It produces purple-brown, upright cones up to 10cm long, these mature over a long period and are a permanent feature on mature trees. This species has earnt a Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit.
