Madagascar Spur-Flower Overview
Semi-succulent, aromatic, herbaceous plant that has variegated, round, toothed leaves with white margins on trailing stems that grow up to 15 cm high. It grows white, mauve or purple flowers on fairly long stalks during Autumn. Some plants are variegated. Plectranthus ramosior is a useful groundcover in full sun, semi-shade or shade. It makes an attractive hanging basket and can be grown indoors. It attracts insects and butterflies and therefore also attracts birds.
