Linanthus Overview

There are 45 accepted species in this genus of diminutive annual or perennial herbaceous flowering plants in the Polemoniaceae family, native to parts of North and South America with a centre of diversity in California. They are multi-stemmed plants sometimes carrying tubular, funnel-shaped flowers that appear to sit directly on the ground.
