Metallic Peperomia Overview
Peperomia metallica is an evergreen perennial that has succulent, leathery, metallic-looking leaves. It originates from Peru and is often grown indoors as a houseplant. Commonly known as Metallic Peperomia. Its heart-shaped foliage is relatively slow-growing but highly attractive. The leaves are dark green-black in colour with a silver-green streak down the centre and contrasting red undersides. It produces small flowers on spikes above the foliage.
