Tygerberg Trailing-Vygie Overview

Cephalophyllum parviflorum is one of the lesser-known species in the vygie family; it is predominantly a dwarf, trailing, succulent ground cover, hence the common name ‘trailing-vygie’. Found on sandy coastal flats, growing among granite, with very bright, attractive yellow flowers in July.
