Hacquetia Overview

A monotypic genus of rhizomatous clump-forming herbaceous perennial plant in the Apiaceae family native to Europe where it is found in damp, shady woodland habitats. The single species, H. epipactis, has tiny dense umbels of yellow florets framed by greenish bracts in late Winter, followed by palmate leaves. It is a popular plant for a woodland garden.
