Caryopteris Overview

This genus originate from Eastern Asia and contains around 7 deciduous subshrubs that tend to grow 1-4m high. They are classically grown for their attractive and sometimes aromatic foliage and small, pretty blue flowers. This genus has been cultivated and hybrids produced. Cultivars include species with white and various shades of blue flowers.
