Allium cepa 'Hermine White' is a white skinned French shallot that is planted in spring. This easy to grow bulb will develop a clump of 6 to 8 rounded bulbs that can be harvested in late summer.

Harvest once the foliage has begun to turn yellow, gentle lift with a fork under the clump and leave to dry on the surface of the soil for a couple of days before transferring to bright dry under spot to continue drying.
