Anthriscus Overview

Anthriscus is a genus containing around 13 species native to Europe and temperate regions of Asia, many of which are considered to be harmful weeds. Grown best in moist soils, these plants are often found on verges and meadows. This genus also contains the culinary herb Garden Chervil, which is also known as French Parsley and also the wildflower, Anthriscus sylvestris, which is commonly known as Cow Parsley.
