Cinnamomum burmanni is a species of aromatic evergreen tree from the Lauraceae family. Gown for the leathery foliage and characterised by the production of aromatic oils in the bark and leaves. This genus contains many economically important species and is found across forested tropical and subtropical locations in America, Asia, Australasia and islands in the Oceanian realm.
