Verbena stricta

1 of 1
Hoary vervain (verbena stricta) is a native wildflower that tolerates disturbance on prairies. It is not preferred forage for cattle and can increase under heavy season long grazing. It provides an abundance of flowers that are used by many species of insects. It establishes easily and is often included in seed mixes for prairie restoration. Photo: Tom Koerner/USFWS.
