Hardenbergia Overview
A small genus containing three species of evergreen climbers in the Fabaceae (Fabaceae) family of legumes, peas and beans, native to Australia. H. violacea (vine lilac) and H. comptoniana (coral pea) are popular garden or glasshouse ornamentals, with trifoliate leaves and sprays of attractive pea-like flowers in Spring usually in shades of lilac and pink.
