Half-Flower Overview
Scaevola is a genus comprising of around 130 species of tropical and semitropical plants native to Australia and Polynesia. Commonly known as Fan Flowers, they are becoming popular as hanging basket plants due to their tolerance to drought and for their trailing habit. The unusual flowers (‘fan-flowers’) look as if they have been cut in half and are therefore a striking addition to a summer bedding display.
