Windowsill Orchid Overview

Pleione formosana is a delicate, deciduous perennial orchid species from the Orchidaceae family. Commonly known by the names Windowsill Orchid and Fairy Orchid. It typically reaches 15cm in height and it may be grown in a woodland setting or a shaded rock garden. The blooms measure around 8cm across, they are white to pink in colour and fragrant.
