Giant Yucca Overview

Yucca elephantipes is a large shrub or tree species from the Asparagaceae family, with an upright growth habit and multiple trunks. Commonly known by the name Giant Yucca, it produces hard, leathery, strap-shaped foliage up to 1m in length. Flowers are only produced on mature plants, these are arranged on spikes and are coloured cream-white. In temperate zones, grow under glass, or outdoors in containers, over-wintering indoors.
