Nelson disocactus Overview

Nelson disocactus is an evergreen perennial species in the Cactaceae family, commonly known as Nelson Disocactus. Theis plant is found from southern Mexico to Honduras and grows without the need for soil substrate, termed epiphytic. It produces many long, fleshy stems up to 1.5m long and large, scented, funnel-shaped purple-pink blooms up to 10cm wide. The flowers have contrasting white pollen.
