Hesperantha coccinea is a fast-growing, attractive marshland species that forms dense clumps if planted in a moist spot in the garden. Given a couple of years, it can create a spectacular display of crimson red, pink or white flowers in any garden. This species is low maintenance and has the ability to self-seed​.
