Twining snapdragon Overview

Genus containing one evergreen, climbing perennial species, Asarina procumbens. Commonly known as trailing snapdragon for its 2-lipped flowers that resemble those of snapdragons in the genus Antirrhinum. Flowers can be purple, pink, white or blue and variations occur in the shades of these. This species is naturally found in shady, rocky areas in the Pyrenees and will do well trailing over a shady wall or in a rocky garden.
