Black Gold Philodendron Overview

Philodendron melanochrysum is a fast-growing climber from the Araceae family. It can reach 4m in height when given ideal growing conditions. Commonly known by the name Black Gold Philodendron. It produces black green slender-pointed, heart-shaped, glossy green leaves measuring up to 1m long, with light green veining. Mature plants may bear flowers arranged on green-white spathe structures measuring around 20cm in length. This Philodendron grows best in a very airy, potting medium. Place in bright partial shade.
