Rodgersia Overview
This small genus of 5 species of rhizomatous, herbaceous perennial plants in the Saxifragaceae family is native to the moist, shady woodlands of East Asia. Members have palmate leaves often tinged with bronze, and cone-shaped feathery panicles of tiny colourful star-shaped flowers. In cultivation, they prefer a sheltered moist site and can tolerate full shade.
