The Hairy Philodendron Overview

Philodendron squamiferum is an impressive evergreen climbing plant from the Araceae family. It produces attractive foliage on striking fuzzy red stems. The leaves of this Philodendron are ornate and pinnately divided into a lobed shape which develops with age. This is a great plant for bringing tropical atmosphere to your home, grow as a houseplant in bright partial shade and a moist, airy potting mix. Flowers are creamy coloured and measure approximately 30cm long. All parts of this plant can cause severe discomfort if consumed.
