Hebe 'Celine' Overview
These are herbaceous perennials and shrubs. Hebes are evergreen shrubs with neat, attractive leaves and which will often produce very showy flowers which will bloom in the summer. They produce abundant spikes of small flowers which range from white, pink, violet or blue from summer to the autumn season. Grown for their flowers and foliage. Grows well in coastal areas. Smaller species and cultivars are good for rock gardens. Fully to half hardy. Requires full sun and well drained soil. Growth may be restricted, or leggy plants tidied by cutting back in spring.
