String Of Hearts Overview
Ceropegia linearis subsp. woodii, frequently listed as Ceropegia woodii - is a tuberous, evergreen perennial species that produces long, trailing shoots bearing heart-shaped succulent leaves. Commonly known by the name String of Hearts, they tend to be green in colour, patterned with silvery-grey and purple on the underside. Flowers are lantern-shaped and pink-purple in colour; they measure approximately 2cm in length. This species is a very popular houseplant due to its delicate foliage. This plant looks amazing in a hanging basket; allow the leaves to cascade over the edges for a spectacular visual.
