Geum 'Totally Tangerine' Overview
Geum 'Totally Tangerine' is a vigorous, mound-forming perennial that has mid-green, hairy leaves. From late spring until autumn it produces tall slender stems - up to 90cm - which bear semi-double, apricot-orange flowers. Easy to grow and maintain, Avens 'Totally Tangerine' (as it's also known) is a fully hardy, sun-loving perennial that can be included in mixed flower borders, rock gardens or grown in containers to add to a cottage garden style. It likes moist and/or well-drained soil. Deadheading stems which have finished flowering will encourage new growth and prolong the flowering season. Popular with pollinators, Geum 'Totally Tangerine' is part of the 'RHS Plants for Pollinators' initiative, so it is good attracting beneficial wildlife to your garden! As a sterile selection, it will not self-seed and this cultivar is protected under intellectual property laws by Plant Breeders' Rights.
