Trailing Watermelon Begonia Overview

Also known by the common name trailing watermelon begonia, this herbaceous perennial lies in the Urticaceae family. Grown for the foliage over the flowers, blooms are green and non-showy. Leaves are semi-fleshy, coloured grey-green, oval to oblong in shape, with wavy margins and they are attractively marked with silver. They are dartker green along the edges, tending towards light green-silver in the middle. Leaf undersides may have purple-pink tinged edges.
