Calathea Orbifolia is a lil stunner with it's elegant watermelon striped foliage of greens. Orby enjoys bright indirect light - direct sunlight will cause the leaves to fade and lose their markings. They can tolerate some degree of shade, but the better the light conditions, the more you will be rewarded by it's patterned foliage. Make sure the soil is kept damp at all times but don't waterlog the soil. It's best to ensure a little-but-often policy when it comes to watering. Loves high humidity, pop in the bathroom whilst you shower to give it an extra boost. Yay! This plant is non-toxic to pets and people.
