Visited a Candide partner garden recently? Easily upgrade your day tickets to memberships, to visit the garden all year long.

What you’ll need

Your upgrade code from the garden

Find your code on the upgrade leaflet given to you at the garden, or in the follow-up email you received after your visit.

A smartphone

With space to download the free Candide app.

You might need: A way to pay

If there's any additional cost to pay, you'll need a payment card on hand, or mobile payments enabled on your smartphone.

How to upgrade

    Search for Candide and download the app from the app store on your smartphone.

    Already a Candide User? Open the app.

    Open the app, and tap 'Tickets'.

    Enter your membership code and tap ‘use code’.

    You’ll see how many day tickets you have available to upgrade - you can add additional people you would like to buy a membership for or remove people if required.

    Enter your details, and create a Candide account - or log in if you have one already.

    Review your details, and pay any additional cost.

    You're all set. Your ticket lives in your ticket wallet in the Candide app. Tap 'Tickets' on the home screen to find it.

Memberships in the Candide app

Using the Candide app for your membership means you'll always have it handy. You can enter the garden by scanning your phone, and easily renew and update your memberships.

How ticket upgrades work

The upgrade code that you received records how many tickets you paid for during your visit. You can upgrade all or some of those tickets to memberships, and purchase additional memberships for people who didn't visit the garden that day.
