The heady scent of Elderflower blossom bubbling away is a familiar one to me. My family usually makes litres upon litres of elderflower cordial every year, freezing it in ice cube trays and drinking it throughout the year. So, when I caught the foraging bug, Elderflower cordial was top on my list of things to make at home.
