Terms & Conditions - Candide Marketplace Plant Delivery Insurance

  1. Online promotion details listed on our website here form part of these terms and conditions.
  2. This promotion is valid for all Candide Marketplace sellers.
  3. If a Candide Marketplace seller delivers a plant via a courier or parcel service which is lost or damaged in transit, Candide will reimburse the seller for the cost of the replacement plant that is sent to the buyer, up to a maximum of £20 per replacement plant, and subject to a maximum of 10 reimbursements per seller.
  4. In order to register a claim:
a. A verified Sale Transaction (as defined in our Marketplace Terms and Conditions) must have occurred relating to the damaged Sale Item;
b. A photo of the damaged plant (or, if the plant was lost, tracking information for the relevant shipment) must have been emailed to us at marketplace@candidegardening.com;
c. The buyer must have been sent a replacement plant.
  1. This promotion may be withdrawn by Candide at any time.
