For the second year, the Young Landscaper's Award was held at the BBC Gardener's World Live.
In this tough competition, four of the very best young landscapers in the country, all aged under 28, form two teams, to display their high calibre skills.
This year the two teams constructed a front garden, designed by David Steven, Landscape Architect and Designer.

Both teams achieved Gold Awards, with the Warwickshire duo Matthew Wood and Sam Gordon narrowly winning the title.
We chatted to Mr Steven about the gardens and what it takes to become an excellent landscaper.
